Kids Fitness Fun Day is a FREE community event designed to educate parents and children on the benefits of an active and healthy lifestyle.
There will be 12 different stations set up, each consisting of a single-player physical challenge. For every completed station, the child will be rewarded with a silly band. Those who complete all 12 stations will be rewarded with a “Kids Fitness Fun Day Champ” button and ribbon!

11 am – 1pm enjoy free food by My Fit Foods while supplies last.
Noon: Proclamation by Mayor Pro Tem Kris Whitfield declaring September 22 as Kids Fitness Fun Day!
11 – 4 pm – Station activities, musical and dance performances and raffle drawings every hour beginning at 1pm.
Kids can earn a Silly Band by completing each of these stations and be rewarded with a Kids Fitness Fun Day Camp ribbon after completing all 12 stations.
